How do I cancel my order?
Custom Design
You can cancel your (custom design) order if the design process hasn't started yet. The design process usually starts within 1-2 business days after you placed your order. Please cancel your order before this time.
Printing Services
You can cancel your (printing) order if the printing process hasn't started yet. The printing process usually starts within 1-2 business days after you placed your order. Please cancel your order before this time.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, click 'Contact Customer Support' (to the right of this page). Please include in your message: your name, the email address you use for your account, your customer number, and (optional) the reason why you want to cancel your order. If you contact us before the design process and/or printing process has started, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Refund
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving your cancellation request.
Note: you can only request a refund if the design process and/or printing process hasn't started yet.
