How do I close my account?

Closing your account means shutting off your profile and removing access to all your Design Lion information from our website.

Once your account is closed, it's no longer accessible by you or anyone else. Keep in mind that you won't have access to your profile, designs, and invoices.




To close your account, please contact us to request that your account be closed. Click 'Contact Customer Support' (to the right of this page) to contact us, or try our feature.

Please include in your message: your name, the email address you use for your account, your customer number, and (optional) the reason why you want to close your account. Your account will be closed within 2-3 business days.




If you simply need to change your email address or profile information, you don't need to close your account. For more information on updating your account profile, click here.
