Where can I find my invoices?

You can view and download your invoices from your account page:
  1. Go to designlion.com.

  2. Click 'my account' in the top right corner.

  3. Enter your customer number in the 'Your customer number' field.

  4. Click the 'continue' button.

  5. Enter your email address and password.

  6. You'll be redirected to your account page.

  7. At the bottom of your account page you'll see a tab called 'My Invoices'.

  8. Click on the 'My Invoices' tab and you will see all your invoices.

  9. Click the invoice number or PDF icon to view or download an invoice.

I don't see any invoices


Your invoice is ready for download 1-2 weeks after you've placed your order.

If, after 2 weeks you still don't see your invoice, please contact us by clicking 'Contact Customer Support' (to the right of this page). Please include in your message: your name, customer number, and order date.
