How do I cancel my Email Newsletter Design & Send Service subscription?
1. Go to www.paypal.com
2. Log in to your PayPal account.
3. On your account page, select 'Profile' from the tab menu.
4. Select 'Account info' from the Profile menu (on the left side).
5. Click the 'Update' link to the right of 'Preapproved payments'.
6. On the 'My preapproved payments' page you'll see a list of all your subscriptions.
7. Select 'Design Lion' from the list.
8. On the 'Billing Details' page you'll see your 'Status' at the top.
9. Click the 'Cancel' link to the right of your 'Status'.
10. A 'Cancel Confirmation' pop-up will appear.
11. Click 'Yes' to confirm your cancellation.
12. That's it! Your subscription is now cancelled and will not auto-renew.
13. Please allow up to 2 business days for the changes to appear on your designlion.com account.
