What do I do if I want to return my order?

Design Lion is dedicated to delighting you with your purchase and our services.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from date of delivery and receive a full refund (less shipping). Please read the return instructions (below) before returning your item.

Note: custom made products cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturer error or material / workmanship defect.

Return Instructions


Prior to returning any item(s) to Design Lion, you must receive authorization from our Customer Service. To request authorization please click 'Contact Customer Support' (to the right of this page) and include in your message the following details:
  • First name, last name, and company name.
  • Customer number.
  • Name of the item(s) you want to return.
  • Specify reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
  • Wait for our Customer Service to e-mail you with your Return Authorization Code and Return Instructions.

Refund


Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving your return.

To return your item(s) please pack them in the original box and include the Return Authorization Code. Be sure to specify the reason for the return.

Please ensure that the original packing slip is returned with the item(s), so we can process your return in a timely manner. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and customer number.

Tracking Your Return Shipment


When you ship your return order, the carrier will give you an order tracking number if tracking service is available. Should you have any questions regarding your shipment, please contact your carrier for assistance.

Digital Goods


The Return Policy applies only to tangible goods. Digital goods, including, but not limited to, designs, concepts, revisions, text, photos, cannot be returned or refunded once emailed to, or downloaded by the customer.
