How do I sign in?
How do I sign in to my Design Lion account?
- Go to designlion.com.
- Click 'my account' in the top right corner.
- Enter your customer number in the 'Your customer number' field.
- Click the 'continue' button.
- Enter your email address and password.
- That's it, you're signed in and you'll be redirected to your account page.
Why do I have to enter my customer number every time I click 'my account'?
This is an additional security feature that checks if it's really you who is trying to access your account.
I forgot my customer number
You'll find your customer number on the invoice you received from us through email. If you lost or deleted your invoice, please send a message to us by clicking 'Contact Customer Support' (on the right side of this page). Include in your message: your first name, last name, and company name. Please enter the email address you use to sign in to your Design Lion account. We'll get back to you, asap (within 1 business day).
I forgot my password
If you forgot your password, we can help you reset it. Please click here if you'd like to reset your old password and create a new one.
